Cryotherapy

At Fluire, we use the °CRYO Arctic which introduces a new standard of safety in cryotherapy treatments by utilising an air cooling system powered by advanced heat exchange technology, which can produce temperatures as low as -140°C. Unlike traditional cryotherapy, where liquid nitrogen is used to expose the body to super cold temperatures, the °CRYO Arctic eliminates direct contact with nitrogen gas.

During the session, the intense cold triggers physiological responses such as increased heart rate, dilated blood vessels, immune activation to produce more white blood cells, and the release of endorphins by the endocrine system. These reactions deliver a range of health benefits for both body and mind, enhancing energy, well-being, and overall recovery.

Key benefits:

  • Accelerates muscle recovery

  • Alleviates Chronic Pain and Inflammation (helpful for those suffering from Rheumatoid Arthritis)

  • Increases collagen production/Detoxifies the skin

  • Weight loss

  • Improves REM sleep

  • Lowers oxidative stress

  • Boosts the immune

  • Combats fatigue
